Good News! We offer FREE SHIPPING to your state! However, please read the details below regarding the final leg of delivery.
1. Shipping Schedule
To ensure efficient logistics and safety, we operate on a consolidated shipping schedule:
- Shipments occur once a week.
- All orders placed during the week will be processed and dispatched together on our designated shipping day.
- You will receive a notification (via SMS/WhatsApp) once your package has been handed over to the logistics partner.
2. Shipping Cost Structure
We have split the shipping cost to make bulk ordering more affordable for you:
- Leg 1: To Your State (FREE)
BAYA covers the cost of shipping your order from our warehouse to the logistics hub/park in your state capital or major city.
- Leg 2: To Your Door (Paid by You)
The customer is responsible for paying the Dispatch Fee (also known as Waybill Fee). This is the cost for the local dispatch rider to bring the item from the state hub to your specific location.
3. How Delivery Works
- Order Placed: You place your order on the website.
- Processing: We prepare your order and hold it for the next weekly shipment.
- Departure: On shipping day, items leave Lagos and head to your state.
- Arrival & Dispatch: Once the items arrive at your state hub, a local dispatch rider will be assigned.
- Contact: The rider will call you to confirm your location and inform you of the dispatch fee.
- Delivery: You pay the dispatch fee directly to the rider upon delivery (along with the item cost if you chose Pay on Delivery).
