BAYA takes the safety and security of our community very seriously. If you see something that doesn't look right, please tell us immediately.
What should you report?
Please contact us immediately if you encounter any of the following suspicious activities:

Impersonation: Someone claiming to represent BAYA on social media, WhatsApp, or email who is not verified or acting suspiciously. -
Phishing: Fake websites or emails that look like BAYA but ask for your password, bank details, or OTP codes. -
Fraudulent Listings: Products being sold under the BAYA name on platforms other than our official website.
How to Report
To report an issue, please contact our support team directly via WhatsApp. This allows us to review screenshots or links instantly.
When reporting, please try to include:
- A screenshot of the message, profile, or website.
- The username or phone number of the suspicious account.
- The URL (web address) if it is a fake website.
- A brief description of what happened.
Safety Tip
- BAYA will never ask for your password or OTP (One Time Password) via chat or email.
