Who are the sellers on the Marketplace?
Our Marketplace features verified independent sellers across Nigeria. Unlike the BAYA Store, these products are shipped directly by the sellers. We verify every seller to ensure trust and safety.
How do I pay for Marketplace items?
Payments for Marketplace items are arranged directly with the seller. Simply click "Chat Seller" on any product to open WhatsApp. You can then negotiate price, payment method (Bank Transfer/USDT), and delivery details directly with them.
What if I have an issue with a Marketplace order?
Since transactions happen directly between you and the seller, please contact them first via WhatsApp. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact BAYA support at 0809 454 8003 for mediation.

What is the difference between BAYA Store and Marketplace?
The BAYA Store sells products sourced and fulfilled directly by us. Delivery takes approximately 17 days. The Marketplace connects you with other verified Nigerians selling their own goods, often with faster local delivery.
How long does delivery take for BAYA Store items?
BAYA Store items are typically delivered within 15-17 business days. These items are sourced internationally and shipped once a week to your doorstep in Nigeria.
Can I return a BAYA Store product?
Yes. If the item is defective or significantly different from the description, you can initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support WhatsApp.

How do I become a seller?
It’s free! Click on the "Sell" button in the navigation menu. Fill out the application form. We review applications within 2-24 hours. Once approved, you get a dashboard to list your products for free. Zero commission.
Is shipping free?
For BAYA Store items, standard shipping to your state capital is covered. For Marketplace items, shipping fees are negotiated directly with the seller.
