When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the website and for any activities or actions under your password.

- We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
- We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4 Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are shipped once a week. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we do not guarantee delivery dates.
Delivery Model
We offer "Free Shipping" to our logistics hub in your state capital. However, the customer is responsible for the Dispatch Fee (Waybill) charged by the local dispatch rider for the final leg of delivery from the state hub to your specific doorstep.
Standard delivery is estimated within 15 business days nationwide.
5 Returns and Refunds
Our Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival will be replaced or refunded upon review.
6 User Conduct
You agree not to use the website:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate BAYA, a BAYA employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
7 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
